The Dutch-Flemish Day of Philosophy (DFDOP) is a conference series that aims to bring together philosophers from all philosophical disciplines for a day of sharing of philosophical ideas. The DFDOP is a long-standing tradition and a great event to meet other philosophers working in the Netherlands or Belgium, to learn about new research and to present your own. The 36th Dutch-Flemish Day of Philosophy takes place on October 22 2016 at the the International School of Philosophy (ISVW) in Leusden, The Netherlands. Our programme committee selected 13 excellent abstracts and you can expect lively and engaging talks on a variety of philosophical disciplines. This year's keynote will be delivered by Eva Meijer and Sjors Talsma will round-off the day by connecting philosophy and poetry. Find out more about our speakers in our speaker section.
